Criba reads your calendar to add events. We never store your messages or sell your data.

Checking…
Criba is in test mode — approved events are going to a test calendar, not your real one.
REVIEW THE
QUEUE
Criba adds these to your Google Calendar automatically — and never adds a duplicate. Review, edit, or remove anything it got wrong.
WHAT'S AHEAD
Live from your Google Calendar — whatever it says right now, including anything you changed by hand. Nothing here can be edited; that stays in Edit Calendar Events.
EDIT YOUR EVENTS
Everything Criba has handled for you. Rows marked Synced are on your Google Calendar right now; Not on calendar ones aren’t, and can be put back with one click. Edit any time.
UPLOAD
Connect calendar sources via URL, PDF or screenshot — or simply say or type “coffee with Sarah on Thursday at 8”. All these events show up on your calendar, with an option to edit them in Criba.

Add calendar

Events go straight onto your calendar and Criba keeps this link up to date on its own — if the school moves or cancels something, so does your calendar.
CIRCLES
Add the people in your life and group them into circles — family, friends, work, whoever. Each person gets a distinct event colour on your calendar. The details under each person teach Criba whose event is whose: a grade lets it hold back school mail meant for other grades, and activity tags (a topic plus the sender’s domain) let it colour an event for the right person even when their name isn’t in the email. The more you fill in, the fewer grey, unattributed events you’ll see.
Members
Rules you created
Criba learned these from what you’ve dismissed — each rule was created when you answered “yes” to a question after dismissing an event, and is written here in the words you agreed to. If Criba got one wrong, remove it with one click. Nothing is ever deleted by a rule: matching events still reach Review with the reason attached, one click from being added. (Expand to view the rules.)
Who else gets invited
Save the people you invite again and again — a co-parent, a grandparent. Each one becomes a tick box on every event, so you add them with one click instead of searching contacts. They get a normal Google Calendar invitation and can accept or decline.
